MediCor now offers a program designed to minimize the time – and costs – associated with returning injured employees to the workplace.

The MediCor Early Return-to-Work Program lets physicians go online, from the convenience of their own offices, to view a streaming video that illustrates exactly what tasks your injured employee must perform on the job. The physician can then make an immediate, objective and cost-saving decision about whether the injured employee can safely return to his job, or whether the job needs to be modified in order to accommodate a temporary or permanent injury.

The program also lets the physician communicate her recommendations directly – and quickly – to you, or to risk managers, adjusters or case managers.

The Early Return-to Work Program eliminates the need for costly on-site job evaluations that sometimes take months to schedule and complete.
